The SMT workshop in the electronics factory is divided into DIP line and SMT line.

SMT refers to surface mount technology, in which electronic components are punched through a device onto a PCB and then heated in an oven to secure the components to the PCB.
DIP refers to a hand-inserted component, such as a large connector, that the device cannot prepare to be inserted into the PCB by a human or other automated device.
SMT line mainly includes solder paste printer, SMT machine material, pre-furnace visual inspection, post-furnace visual inspection, packaging and so on.
DIP line mainly includes plate throwing staff, plate removing staff, plug-in staff, furnace workers, post-furnace welding spot inspection and so on.
Question 1, is SMT workshop harmful to human body?
The SMT workshop needs to be ventilated, and employees need to wear overalls and protective gloves during work because of the exposure to some chemicals. There is no harm to human health in the case of good protection, but if you have allergies, you need to report in advance to prevent accidents.

Question 2,is this a good job?
SMT machine operators are basically on guard duty and can walk around during work because of the need to pick up materials. The labor intensity of the post is average, so we need to know some professional knowledge of machine operation. If we take the initiative to learn equipment maintenance through our own efforts, we will have a good skill in the future job hunting, which can be considered as a technical post.
