PCBA Processing Flow:
1. The customer will deliver the Gerber file, PCB file, coordinate map, BOM list, PCBA test plan (Test Plan) and other precautions generated by the electronic product design to us.
2. Based on the customer's BOM list, calculate the number of spare parts and losses, and purchase the corresponding components from the original factory or large-scale agents.
3. The components will be strictly subjected to IQC (Incoming Inspection), and sampling inspections will be carried out for appearance silk screen, electrical performance, and mechanical performance.
4. Submit the produced PCB circuit boards and components to the SMT and DIP production lines for mounting and soldering production, strictly implement the production process formulated by the PE engineer, and pass the post-furnace inspection (IPQC) and OQA factory inspection to ensure that it reaches Mounting and assembly requirements.
5. According to the PCBA test plan provided by the customer, carry out strict PCBA test, test the line continuity, current/voltage value, signal noise, temperature and humidity, etc., and help the customer to perform the FCT function test and subsequent aging of the firing program if necessary Test (Burn In Test) to ensure that the customer's PCBA electronic product processing quality requirements are met and delivered.
