1. Production Line Handling

2. Flat stacking

The pallet material storage and retrieval commonly used in raw material warehouses and finished product warehouses is usually a flat stacking of two layers of materials, which can achieve dense storage in the warehouse.
Common scenario: After the raw materials or finished products are transported offline, unmanned forklifts transport the pallet materials to a flat warehouse, complete warehousing, and accurately stack them in two or more layers.

 

3. High bit access

High level warehouse shelves are widely used, usually in the form of crossbeam shelves, mainly for the storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and inbound and outbound operations.
The height of high-level shelves is generally within 5 meters, mostly consisting of 3-4 layers, mainly consisting of Chuan shaped and Tian shaped pallets.

 

4. Unmanned traction

Commonly seen in automobile assembly workshops, the main mode is to pull multiple material trucks at once to achieve material distribution needs in different areas.

The main scenarios include:
1) Exchange and distribution of empty and full materials within the warehouse;
2) Exchange and delivery of materials from the warehouse to the handover area of the production workshop with empty or full capacity;
