1. Magnetic Track Laying
1.1 Stick the attached magnetic track (magnetic navigation belt) on the ground according to the route the car needs to travel, and stick it as straight as possible, and the turn should not exceed 5 degrees.
1.2 Add a stop track at both ends of the track or where it needs to be stopped in the middle, (add a tape not shorter than 15 cm on the track tape to form a "ten" cross)
1.3 A layer of floor adhesive tape is added to the laid magnetic track, which can protect the magnetic track and facilitate floor cleaning and cleaning.
2. Inspection and Use
2.1 Put the smart car in the middle of the magnetic track, and the magnetic sensors at the front and rear of the car should fall directly above the magnetic track, so there is no need to distinguish the direction of the front and the rear of the car.
2.2 Before starting the smart car, please check whether the emergency stop button of the car is pressed. If it is in an emergency stop state, please rotate the emergency stop button to make it pop out.
2.3 Turn on the power switch of the smart car, the voltage display screen, and the sensor light will light up, and you will hear a beep, indicating that the car has started successfully. If there is no response, it means that the car is not started normally, please turn off the power of the car and wait 5 seconds to restart the car until the start is successful.
2.4 Press the green buttons at both ends of the tray, and the trolley starts to run (note: the pressed button is opposite to the direction of travel)
2.5 If you need to set an extra stop point in the middle, you only need to add an extra 15 cm track in the vertical direction on the track.
3. Stop Using or Charging
3.1 When the smart car is used for 10 hours, or the voltage of the voltmeter is lower than 17V, it means that the car should be charged.
3.2 Use the DC end of the charger supplied with the car to plug it into the charging port of the car, and plug the other AC end into the 220V mains socket to charge. The blue indicator light is always on during charging.
3.3 When the battery is fully charged, it can usually work continuously for more than 10 hours. If weakness, slow operation or stop occurs during normal operation, please charge the car as soon as possible. It takes 6-8 hours to fully charge the battery.
3.4 When charging the smart car, you need to press the emergency stop button and turn off the power switch of the car.
