2. Belt conveying function
After the workpiece is transported from the warehouse, it is necessary to use the conveying function of the belt to make the workpiece undergo the next step of decomposition, and during the conveying process, the sensor needs to detect the properties of the workpiece, so as to collect data for the next processing. When the workpiece is pushed out by the feeding cylinder, the PLC starts the inverter to drive the three-phase asynchronous motor, and the belt starts to convey the workpiece. After the workpiece passes through various sensors such as inductance and capacitance, various information of the workpiece is transmitted to the PLC system, and the system judges the material and color of the workpiece, so as to send a signal for the next step of sorting, and the workpiece is transported to the sorting Stop moving after it is placed.
3. Manipulator handling function
When there are many parts to be sorted or many items to be sorted, it is difficult to transport one piece to the designated position only by belt transmission, which requires the use of manipulators to assist the handling, and the use of manpower can be avoided in the design of the entire system. Try to avoid the use of manpower. When the sensor detects that the workpiece is transported to the end of the belt, the manipulator automatically descends to grab the workpiece, and then transports it to another conveyor belt through other tracks. , so repeat the round trip.
4. Classification warehousing function
The sorting system can classify different two workpieces in detail, and after the sorting is completed, different workpieces need to be sorted, and the workpieces need to be transported to different storage locations through handling tools. The system can be directly moved to the corresponding warehouse by the manipulator, or the manipulator can transport the sorted parts to the trolley. The PLC starts the stepper motor to drive the material transport trolley, and the trolley carries the workpiece to the corresponding storage location. , Unload at the designated position, and then return to the original position to wait for the next batch of workpieces to be in place.

5 Start, stop, reset, warn
Start and stop functions must be set in the automatic sorting system, and the system of the intelligent point will have the functions of reset and warning. After the system is suddenly powered off, the workpiece on the belt and the sensors of each manipulator will be in a state of motion stop, and various errors will inevitably occur when continuing to operate. At this time, the reset button is required to clear all the parts on the belt. The warning function is to turn on a red light to remind relevant staff to deal with it in time when a certain part fails. Start and stop are commonly used function buttons, start is responsible for starting the operation of the entire system when needed, and stop is the action of suspending the entire system when no operation is required or when the operation needs to be stopped in an emergency.
