Six-sided visual inspection machine
1.The overall defects can be detected when the effective data set is increased. It is recommended that each defect atlas reaches 200 images to form an effective model with higher accuracy.
2.The C/T time requirement is 140ms/pcs, the current picture pixel is about 1.6 million, and the defect performance has reached at least 20 pixels. The overall detection result tends to be optimistic.
3.Meets all dimensional inspection requirements.
4.The detection efficiency is 300~400pcs/min.
5.The misjudgment rate is between 5 and 8% (within 8% of equipment acceptance, optimized to within 5% within three months, and within 2 to 3% of normal)
6.The missed judgment rate is 0% (for dark cracks and copper cracks, each standard will be different, and it is necessary to jointly negotiate and formulate standards)
7.Provide 3 NG material boxes, 1 OK material box, 1 unchecked material box, use AI deep learning function for defect classification and good product output.
